How Primo Works

A structured system designed to prevent costly surprises and keep your home protected year after year.

Step 1 - Inspection

We Establish a Baseline.

Every home begins with a structured 27-point exterior inspection.

We evaluate roofing systems, siding, gutters, flashing, trim, drainage, and other vulnerable components. Each finding is documented and categorized to establish a clear condition baseline.

The purpose of this step is simple:

Identify vulnerabilities early and eliminate uncertainty.

You receive a structured report outlining:

• Immediate concerns
• Active damage (if present)
• Areas requiring correction
• Items to monitor over time

Step 2 - Prioritize & Plan

Inspection findings are organized into three levels:

Priority 1 – Immediate Attention
Items that require prompt correction to prevent escalation.

Priority 2 – Recommended Repairs
Issues that should be addressed within a defined timeframe.

Priority 3 – Monitor & Plan
Items that are stable but require observation or future budgeting.

This eliminates guesswork and removes emotional decision-making from the process.

You receive a clear repair roadmap with recommended timelines.

Step 3 - Protect & Maintain

Once priorities are established, we review findings with you directly and determine the appropriate course of action.

We discuss:

• Repairs that should be completed immediately
• Repairs that can be scheduled within a defined timeframe
• Items that should be monitored until a future review

If larger needs are identified — such as roof replacement, siding upgrades, or window replacement — we walk through the full scope of materials, installation procedures, and available options.

You are provided with:

• Clear explanation of recommended systems
• Material choices and performance differences
• Defined installation process
• Transparent pricing
• A structured timeline for execution

Major projects can be scheduled immediately or planned responsibly for a future date.

The objective is not urgency — it is alignment.

Every decision is made with clarity, documentation, and a defined plan.

Step 4 - Repair & Coordination

Once repair priorities and timelines are established, the next step is selection and scheduling.

Immediate repairs are completed as defined.
Scheduled repairs are placed into a structured timeline based on urgency, seasonality, and budget alignment.

From there, you select the level of recurring oversight that fits your home and lifestyle.

Primo offers pre-planned services that may be scheduled:

• Annually
• Twice annually
• Bi-annually or seasonally

These may include exterior inspections, gutter cleaning, drainage review, sprinkler system start-up and winterization coordination, and ongoing condition monitoring.

All services are scheduled in advance and documented within your home’s protection roadmap.

Membership Structure

Membership allows you to bundle recurring services and projected repair planning into one organized system.

Members receive:

• Priority scheduling
• 10% savings on repairs
• Annual inspection updates
• Structured repair tracking
• Access to financing options for larger projects

Financial Planning & Subscription Model

Rather than facing large, unexpected lump-sum expenses, membership allows qualifying annual services to be distributed into a predictable monthly structure.

This spreads costs responsibly across the year and reduces financial strain from seasonal or major work.

For larger projects — such as roofing, siding, or window replacement — financing options are available so major investments can be managed over time instead of paid in a single payment.

The objective is financial stability, not surprise invoices.
